Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ovotrix's website and services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Ovotrix provides web design, branding, SEO, Shopify development, and related digital services. The specific scope of work for each project is agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before work commences.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to final file delivery or site launch.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding amounts.

3. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in the package description. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be quoted separately at $150/hour.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide all required content, assets, and information in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback within agreed timeframes to avoid project delays.
• Ensure all content provided is legally owned by you or that you have rights to use it.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, you own the final deliverables for your project. Ovotrix retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Ovotrix retains ownership of all source files, frameworks, and proprietary tools used in development unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• If you cancel before work commences, the deposit is fully refunded.
• If you cancel after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable and additional charges may apply based on work completed.
• Ovotrix reserves the right to terminate a project for non-payment or abusive conduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ovotrix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in dispute.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
